Frequently asked questions — Orders & delivery

How will I receive my product? All products are delivered digitally by email and/or your customer account. You will typically receive your license key and download instructions within minutes of successful payment. I have not received my order. What should I do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify the email address used at checkout
  • Allow up to 24 hours in rare cases (bank transfer, fraud review, or publisher delays)
  • Contact support@wandlit.com with your order number if it still has not arrived

Can I get a physical copy?

We deliver standard license products digitally. If a product page explicitly includes a physical component, shipping details are shown on that listing.

How do I install my software? See our Installation guide at /help/installation for step-by-step instructions. My license key is not working. What should I do?

  • Enter the key carefully (no extra spaces; watch for O vs 0 and I vs 1)
  • Confirm you are installing the correct edition (Home vs Pro, perpetual vs subscription)
  • See Activation help at /help/activation
  • Email support@wandlit.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error if issues persist

What payment methods do you accept? We accept the payment methods shown at checkout — typically major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional options such as Klarna, SEPA, or Sofort where enabled. Can I get a refund? Yes — eligible orders are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 180-day money-back commitment where applicable. See /legal/returns for details.
